The products are handmade and each jar is filled with great care.

Does the natural cosmetics contain preservatives?

No, we do not use any preservatives.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other electronic payment methods. The available payment methods will be shown to you during the checkout process.

Shipment

How long does it take to ship my order?

Goods are delivered throughout Germany within 1 - 5 working days, unless a different deadline is stated in the item description. International shipping may take longer due to the shipping service provider. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Does Rena Vida offer international shipping?

We currently deliver to Austria, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Please write to us if you are interested in shipping to another country and we will see what we can do for you.

Cancellation/Return

How long does it take to ship my order?How can I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please contact our
customer service for assistance.
The direct costs of return will not be borne by Rena Vida.

Can I return opened products?

Opened products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

What can I do if my package arrives damaged?

If a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service (kontakt@renavida.de) with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

How long can I return products?

You can return your Rena Vida natural cosmetics within 14 days of receipt
All items in your order can be returned together or individually. Returns are not possible if the product has already been opened.
